Alliance LGBTIt's that time of year again! The Belfast Parade is taking place on Saturday 29th July.
We are meeting at 12 noon in the Pink Zone, which is the area around Donegall Quay / The Big Fish. Please look out for the yellow flag banners. The parade departs at 1pm.
Now more than ever it's time for us as a party to show our support and solidarity to the LGBTQIA+ community, and also to our own elected representatives who have been subjected to multiple homophobic attacks. A strong turnout here from activists will demonstrate our commitment to our core values of celebrating diversity and inclusion.
Belfast Pride runs from Friday 21st July until Sunday 30th July. A full programme can be viewed here
On Tuesday 25th July, Eoin Tennyson MLA is participating in the annual Pride TalksBack event. It is a panel discussion about LGBTQIA+ issues, with most local political parties represented. For more info, please click here
