Political Interests:

Jayne combines her interests in transport in the environment by campaigning for better public transport and encouraging schemes such as cycle lanes. She is campaigning against the introduction of a lignite mine in Ballymoney and has worked to make roads in the North Antrim area safer for drivers and pedestrians.

Jayne has been involved in highlighting the serious drugs problem in Ballymena, and has been outspoken in her condemnation of paramilitary activity and sectarianism in whatever forms they are manifested.

With eight years of experience in careers information, Jayne is well placed to promote the creation of jobs throughout North Antrim.

Jayne lists her interests as reading, tennis, gardening and music. She is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
