Neeson hails 400 new jobs created by IT giant

Alliance Economy Spokesperson Seán Neeson MLA has hailed news that Fujitsu are to create 400 new jobs in Northern Ireland. The company will be investing 18 million pounds on the new IT posts for Londonderry and Belfast.

The East Antrim MLA stated: "This jobs boost for Londonderry and Belfast is very welcome and is well deserved.

"The creation of these new positions will help strengthen our local economy. High-value jobs of this nature are exactly what is needed to ensure sustainable economic growth.

"We have a highly skilled workforce here, and I would like to see Northern Ireland continue to attract investment of this nature in the future.

"This good news is testament to the excellent efforts of our local workforce, especially those working at Fujitsu's existing local operation."
