Bell condemns Seymour Hill 'crucifixion'

12.00.00am GMT Sat 2nd Nov 2002

Alliance Victims Spokesperson Eileen Bell has said that those behind the attack on Harry McCartan in Seymour Hill today are "spineless, sick animals".

Condemning the attack, the Alliance Deputy Leader said: "This was an act of pure evil. Those behind it are barbaric cowards, and I would ask the community to assist the police in any possible, before this happens again.

"No-one has the right to take the law into their own hands like this, no matter what someone has done in the past."
