Sexual assault on teenager 'horrific'

ALLIANCE North Down representative Eileen Bell has condemned the serious sexual assault of a teenage woman in the Bryansford Meadow area of Bangor on Wednesday night.

Mrs Bell said: "This was an horrific attack on a helpless teenager, and will be condemned by every right-thinking member of society.

"There is a real danger that whoever is behind this attack could strike again. The PSNI have a reasonable description of the man, so it is vital that members of the public help the police bring him to justice as quickly as possible."
