What does it mean to be a member?
Each member makes their own decision on how to participate. Some members support the party in purely financial terms. Others help out on policy committees, campaign on local, regional and global issues, organise social events, work in election campaigns, or even stand for election.
Alliance is a democratic party. Every member is assigned to a local constituency association. Members play a key role in making policy, electing the leadership and Party Executive, and selecting candidates for public office. All Alliance members are entitled to attend our annual Conference, and receive our quarterly Alliance magazine, Alliance News.
You can join today, it's quick and it's easy. We have four yearly options to become a member of the party. Joint Memberships (for couples), single memberships, student memberships and unwaged memberships. We also have monthly options for single and joint memberships. If you cannot sign up online, you can download, print and post this form.
